Variable Speed Limits
A few weeks ago, we sent out proposed DOT legislation that would have allowed variable speed limits on adjacent freeway lanes. I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to those companies who responded. I am pleased to report that the DOT has decided to withdraw this legislation.
